Hiring Offensive

If human-centric innovation approaches are really new to you, you can’t just retrain your current employees and managers. You might also have to start a hiring offensive to fill new job profiles in order to really change your culture.

This also means filling positions of power with senior design and innovation talent. If you just staff teams on an operational work group level without appropriate changes in leadership, they will fail due to your depreciated leadership paradigm(s).
